Direction To Use:
- Transfer the putty stick from foil to the light-proof storage case provided.
- Dispense required material with the GC plastic spatula; lightly knead with gloved fingers for easier adaptation (do not warm or over-knead).
- Shape and press onto prepared tooth/abutment; record occlusion with a soft bite; refine margins and remove interproximal excess.
-
Intraoral tack cure: expose all surfaces for a combined 10 s with halogen/LED > 700 mW/cm² to stabilize before removal.
- Remove the provisional and final-cure extraorally: 20 s per buccal, proximal, occlusal and lingual surface with halogen/LED > 700 mW/cm² (or ≥ 3 min in a tabletop curing unit). Also light-cure internal surfaces as indicated.
- Finish/adjust with carbide or silicone points; polish with felt/chamois wheels.
- Cement with a suitable temporary cement (e.g., eugenol-free).
-
Repairs: roughen, apply bonding agent if desired, add Revotek LC (or compatible self/light-cure resin), cure and repolish.
-
Inlays/onlays & indirect/strip-crown techniques: block undercuts as needed, use cocoa butter/Vaseline as separator, then follow the same curing/finishing sequence.
