Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Cleaning Protocol:
Regardless of prior conditioning, follow these steps to clean the bonding surfaces:
- After the intraoral try-in, thoroughly rinse the restoration with a water spray and then dry it using oil-free air to achieve complete dryness.
- Apply Ivoclean to the entire bonding surface of the restoration using a micro brush or brush.
- Allow Ivoclean to act for 20 seconds, providing ample time for effective cleaning.
- Rinse the restoration thoroughly with a water spray to remove Ivoclean and contaminants.
- Once again, dry the bonding surface with oil-free air to prepare it for the next steps.
Priming:
- Following the cleaning process, prime the bonding surface of the restoration with a suitable bonding agent (e.g., Monobond Plus). Always adhere to the instructions provided for both the bonding agent and the luting material being used.
Measures After Use:
- Prevent contamination of the cleaned restoration with saliva or blood at all costs. If contamination occurs, the entire restoration treatment must be repeated.
- For surfaces that were previously silanized and primed, reapply the bonding agent after the cleaning process.
