Key Specifications:

Composition:-

  • Alcohol solution of silane methacrylate, phosphoric acid methacrylate and sulphide methacrylate

Storage temperature:-

  • 2–28 °C(36–82 °F)

Packaging:

  • 1 x 5gm Bottle

Direction To Use:

Surface Preparation:

  • Before applying Monobond N, it's essential to prepare the surfaces to be bonded. Clean and, if necessary, etch the surface to create a suitable substrate for bonding. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for any specific requirements based on the material being bonded.

Priming:

  • Apply a thin layer of Monobond N to the prepared surface. You can use an applicator brush or a micro brush for precise application. Be sure to apply it evenly and avoid excess.

Drying:

  • Allow Monobond N to air-dry or use a gentle stream of air to accelerate the drying process. Proper drying is crucial to ensure that the primer forms a stable and effective bond with the restoration surface.

Application of Luting Composite:

  • Once the Monobond N is dry, apply the luting composite or other dental materials to the treated surface. Ensure that the composite is applied in the correct position and shape.

Curing (if necessary):

  • Depending on the type of luting composite used, curing or polymerization may be required. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the composite material you are using. Curing solidifies the composite, further strengthening the bond.

Finishing and Polishing:

After the composite or dental material has been properly placed and cured, proceed with any necessary finishing and polishing procedures to achieve the desired aesthetics and occlusal function.
